More and more school are transitioning to 1:1 environments. Learn how the creation of a student run help desk can support all stakeholders of a learning community with this transition. Explore options for structuring your program, discuss strategies for identifying and recruiting students, and walk away with ideas on how to design an innovative curriculum and project-based assessments. Learn how Burlington High School developed and maintains a highly successful student-run help desk. Students in the Help Desk program will serve on a Q & A discussion panel during this session.
