Hstry is a learning tool that enables teachers, students and historians to construct interactive historical timelines for the digital classroom. Teachers can choose from Hstry's library of major historical events or students and teachers can work together to bring their favorite historical moments to life. Hstry adds excitement to the events of yesteryear, today, in a modern, social, format that students have no trouble understanding.

CueThink is developing a peer-to-peer iPad application for grades 4-8 to improve students' Math problem solving skills. Research shows that students spend a lot of time on procedural skills and not enough time on developing higher order math problem-solving skills.  CueThink leverages what students already know and do well –social media, content publishing and gaming – and brings those experiences to their math classrooms to deepen their learning. With our product, students can develop systematic problem-solving skills, share and learn from peers "just like me" and build a rich portfolio of strategies. For teachers, we are creating a marketplace of instructionally rich content aligned to the Common Core and providing analytics on student growth.  We are funded by the National Science Foundation and supported by LearnLaunchX.

Braket is developing a mobile learning platform for 1:1 iPad classrooms. Leveraging the unique functionalities of a tablet, Braket helps teachers plan, distribute and collect assignments, and assess student work all from one mobile app. Braket was created by a teacher with the needs of the 21st century blended learning classroom in mind.
