Digital Storytelling and Presentations Using Iterative Creativity

Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Stories are integral part of being human. We all relate to them. By using stories to teach students, we better engage them and help them retain learning longer. Similarly, by having students explain what they learn through stories, they learn more about the subject matter. Iterative creativity helps students and teachers create better final products. For teachers, this means keeping the students interest longer, and for students, it means they learn how to achieve better quality work products. In this workshop, we will review some basics of digital storytelling, storyboarding and how to create better presentations using iterative creativity. We will get hands-on with 30hands Mobile for iPads, iPhones and iPod Touch to create our own stories and presentations. Be sure to bring an iPad.
